Mental health support

We aim to support people to develop long term mental health and wellbeing. We cannot provide emergency help in a crisis.

Where to get urgent help for mental health – NHS guidance

Samaritans – call 116 123. Whatever you’re going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Alabare can also provide mental health support at their Riverside Sanctuary, 2 Watt Road, Salisbury, SP2 7UD. A free 4 pm – 11 pm mental health and wellbeing drop-in service for people aged 16+ living in Wiltshire, open every day of the year.
