Wildlife and Wellbeing Online – Butterflies and Mindfulness

Monday 19th August 6-7pm

An online session to introduce Wildlife and Wellbeing.

At this time of year, butterflies provide a ideal reminder to be present and notice what’s here, now.

The session will be interactive and will include:
– An introduction to butterflies, followed by a quick quiz.
– A guided mindfulness practice.
– 10 minute discussion in breakout rooms of around 3 people. 
– Q&A session.
